Who are we?

The EUROPE DIRECT centre in Ruse is a member of the EUROPE DIRECT network in Bulgaria, which in turn is part of a pan-European network of centres operating throughout the European Union. We make Europe accessible to you and help you participate in the debates on the future of the EU. The network is managed by the European Commission. You can ask us questions about EU policies, programmes and priorities and participate in a dialogue about the EU and its benefits at local level.

Our services are free of charge for participating citizens. Please note that we do not offer legal advice or interpretation of EU law.
